Magaly’s Tajin Earth Milk sip, FP. aka Earth-arita

Editing name to: Earth-arita by popular demand.

This drink was tweaked from the recipe Earth Milk Sip page 402 THM cookbook.

Use 1 cup of ice
8 oz bottle water
1 lemon love hydrate

2 tsp of gentle sweet
2 tsp of Tajin (blue lid/low sodium)
1 large seeded and diced cucumber
Juice of 1 large lime
Juice of 1 large lemon
1 to 1 1/2 cup of baby spinach
1 scoop of collagen
1 tsp of MCT oil
1/2 tsp of gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup of hot water

This makes 2 sippers.

Mix all well in blender. Strain it on a 24 oz jar (you’ll have leftovers). On a glass, use the squeezed lime to wet the ring of the glass and dip it on tajin (use about 2 tsp tajin powder) on a flat surface plate.

Go here for Earth Milk Sip, pg. 402, THM cookbook.

Gather all your ingredients.
Blend all ingredients well.
Strain the pulp.
On your serving glass, dip Tajin seasoning on the ring of the glass. Add ice cubes and serve your delicious earth milk.
Shake Tajin on top and enjoy!

I found them at Walmart, Kroger, and Aldi’s. Or you can buy at Amazon on line. 🙂

I bought Tajin when we were in Mexico. I doubt it is the blue lid. Will that make too much of a difference?

No, that’s fine. It’s not the flavor that changes it’s the salt intake. I hope you enjoy it.
