I used 2 Pepper Jack Light Laughing Cow cheese from Aldi’s.
Half of small baked spaghetti squash
1 package of THM noodles
1 (12 oz) jumbo raw shrimp deveined, tail on.
Makes 2 to 3 servings.
This is NOT dairy free, but you can include it in your freestyling menu. I totally recommend it for tomorrow your hubbies will love it and won’t know is a fuel pull. If you want to make this a light S, use more parmesan cheese on top and maybe add about 1 tbsp of butter.
