This has been the first time I’ve done a fuel cycle and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. I have learned so much and helped me learn so much about how each fuel works and what to eat with each fuel. Megaly has done such a great job of interacting with everyone and posting so much great info. I have been saving everything that she has posted to help me to continue to stay on plan and to look back on when I’m not sure of something. I lost 9.2 lbs and 19 inches during the 5 week challenge. This was the first Thanksgiving that I didn’t over eat and took control of what I ate. I highly recommend doing a fuel cycle with Coach Megaly and I definitely will do another one with her in the future.

Hello, I’m a THM and been on this life style of eating for a few months and only lost 2lbs and maybe an inch. I feel better in my gut but still tired and I just need advice or help if I may from you. My husband does this with me and you know the story of men bs women on the Same diet. Lol. I work 3rd shift so it makes my meals off schedule a bit. I wake at 11am-12pm don’t know if I should start w breakfast or lunch. Then I don’t eat all night til 6am I’ll eat salad and go to bed. I’m a mess! Plz help!
