I always thought it would take too much time to track inches, but after working with Magaly, I find the inch tracking is quick and quite thrilling. Finding lower numbers on my tape measure actually keeps me on plan each week, because so want that thrill of discovering where my body is trimming itself.
Here is my bullet journal spread tracking inches, pounds, and workouts. The scale said I was down one pound, but if you look closely, I lost around seven inches altogether in different spots on my body. What??
