Low fat icing for FP and E desserts.
I have been using this delicious low fat icing on my FP and E desserts that I keep meaning to write it down. It can actually go in any setting except deep S meals.
2 tbsp of Greek cream cheese
1 cup of non fat plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup gentle sweet or more if you prefer sweeter.
1 tsp of vanilla.
Melt the Greek cream cheese for a few second stir well as to not have any lumps. Add plain non fat yogurt, sweetener and vanilla, stir with a fork and refrigerate and use when you are ready for dessert. You can use a couple of tablespoons on your dessert and still stay on FP and E as long as you don’t add extra fats to your meal or have it as a snack.
