This drink was tweaked from the recipe Earth Milk Sip page 402 THM cookbook.
Use 1 to 1.5 cup of ice
8 oz bottle water
1 single serve package of lemon love hydrates (you can omit it or substitute for 1/2 to 1 tbsp of Baobab boost powder to make it extra citrusy)
1 to 2 tsp of Gentle Sweet sweetener
2 tsp of Tajin (I prefer blue lid/low sodium) you’ll use about 2 tsp extra for your Tajin rim
1 large seeded and diced cucumber
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 to 1 1/2 cup of baby spinach, fresh (you can use up to 2 cups)
1 scoop of collagen
1 tsp of MCT oil
1/2 tsp of gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup of hot water (after making this several times, you can omit gelatin if you use Baobab. Baobab is a natural thickener)
You can double or quadruple this recipe to be easier on you. I recently used my juicer appliance and I added whole cucumbers and spinach to the juicer. It took less than 2 minutes. I still have to strain the cucumber and spinach residue and let it drain on a jar as it had a lot of juice. NOTE: When in comes to juicing please keep in mind that drinking liquid carbs from high glycemic fruits or root vegetables are OFF plan. Using cucumbers and spinach are FP so it’s okay to use in moderation (1 cup or less per quart jar to keep it on FP territory and in sipper mode when you add water and ice). So whatever amounts of cucumber and spinach juice you have gather from the juicer, make sure you use 1 cup or less with water and add the rest of ingredients to each quart jar to make ahead of time. Revised & Approved by Pearl (2-27-20).
This makes 1 serving or save half for another day.
Mix all ingredients well in blender. Strain it on a 24 oz jar (you’ll have leftovers depending if you add more ice or water). On a glass, use the squeezed lime to wet the ring of the glass and dip it on tajin (use about 2 tsp Tajin powder) on a flat surface plate.

I bought Tajin when we were in Mexico. I doubt it is the blue lid. Will that make too much of a difference?

No, that’s fine. It’s not the flavor that changes it’s the salt intake. I hope you enjoy it.
