Tajin & fruit
Here’s what I was talking about. I grew up with this treat in Mexico. If you’re going to enjoy this delicious spice you should limit your E fruit portions. They’re listed on your plan book.
E fruits: orange, apple, peach. Also mango, watermelon, pineapple, grapes, are high in glycimic index and you should pair it with a protein source.
FP choices: cucumbers, jicama, strawberries, a few carrot sticks (or add more for E), celery sticks.
I usually have something refreshing like lemon GGMS but if I know I will eat E fruits I will add 1/2 scoop of collagen to my GGMS or my lemon boost juice. Oh wait, even better … You can add a little Tajin to your lemon boost Juice.
