Magaly’s peanut dressing “tweet” FP
~if you listened to the latest podcast you know why I named this my “tweet” 😂
I don’t know about you but I need more FP dressing in my life and this is so creamy that makes me think I’m having a regular S.
Here’s my FP tweaks based on the Trim Healthy Table cookbook recipe, Ten-minute Chinese chicken salad dressing (S) page 199.
Single FP serving:
2 tbsp of THM peanut flour
2 tbsp of liquid aminos
1 tsp of toasted sesame oil
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of ground ginger powder
1 tsp of crushed red pepper
2-3 tbsp of water (try 2 tbsp first to desired consistency)
Salt & pepper to taste
You could double or triple the recipe if you’re planning to have it for the same week. Keep in fridge.
To keep it on FP territory use 3-4 oz of lean protein. I usually pour the dressing on top of seared tuna steak, baked tilapia, or grilled chicken tenders. My veggies of choice are stir fry veggies, cabbage and kale mix, or stir broccoli florets. Sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning on top.
