FP or LS version, or DF option

Ingredients:
1 medium cucumber, peeled and seeded, and cut in half length wise
5 oz can tuna in water
1 tsp of red crushed pepper
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1 Pepper Jack Light Laughing Cow cheese wedge.
S&P to taste
Instructions:
In a small bowl mixed the ingredients in the tuna. Save half of the tuna mixture for another cucumber. You can use half of the spicy tuna mixture (around 2.5-3 oz for a FP) on top of the cucumber boats. Garnish with cilantro leaf and Tajin.


*For a Light S version, you can also use pink salmon in evoo pouch, picture above. Or use around approximately 2 tsp of mayo for a DF version.
