1 medium banana
1 1/2 tbsp of Better than brown sugar
1/2 to 1 tsp of butter 1 tbsp of water cinnamon powder
Sliced bananas diagonally and fried in a pan with the rest of ingredients. It will only take a couple of minutes to caramelized the bananas but being careful not to smashed the bananas.
Transfer on top of tummy tucking ice cream, page 363 of Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook or you can find in original book page 368. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Now if you have the new Vanilla Bean Whey protein flavor, substitute it instead of the Pristine whey protein on the tummy tucking ice cream.
