Mocha Glycine Glory

My own tweaks of the original Glycine glory pudding pg 348

3.5 cups of unsweetened cashew milk (1 cup to dissolve the 2 tbs THM gelatin)
1 scoop of Integral Collagen
1.5 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp of intant coffee powder
1 tbsp of Super Sweet sweetener
2 pinches of salt

Follow the rest of the ingredients in page 348 Trim Healthy Cookbook.

My directions are a bit different but it’s as quick and easy as the recipe itself is.
As you noticed, I like my glycine glory a bit more sturdy more like a creamy Jello and not a pudding consistency. Here’s what I do:

1. In a pot, add 1 cup of cashew milk let it come to boil and add 2 tbsp of THM gelatin and stir with a wisk well, till no clumps.
2. In the bender, I add the rest of the cashew milk, sweetener, cocoa, instant coffee, extract, collagen, mct oil, and salt. Once the gelatin mixture has dissolved, in the pot with cashew milk add to the blender and blend well.

I used 6 containers of 3/4 cups with this tweak of the glycine glory recipe.
