2 tbsp of garlic powder
2 tbsp onion powder
1 cup THM Nutritional yeast
2 tbsp of pink Himalayan Salt
1 tbsp of ground pepper
2 tsp of paprika (use more but I like to use much less for my recipes)
Optional 1 tsp chili powder
1. In a large shaker add all ingredients and mix well.
*In occasions, I used chili powder and paprika like the Trim Bouillon Mix recipe suggests on cookbook but without all other ingredients. See page 491 of Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook. The seasoning was a tweak from the Trim Bouillon Mix.
I love to have this mix ready for all my soups, salads, dressings, and even on popcorn with Tajin. You can always adjust the salt to your liking.
