I was recently invited to speak in the Trim Healthy Podcast with Pearl and Serene and a guy named Danny.  Here is the episode #120

I wasn’t too happy about the title but who am I to straighten anyone out. This experience is one of the best experience in my Trim Healthy Mama journey.  I love THM! I’m so blessed for the opportunity Pearl gave me to share my tips as a working THM mama.
