Magaly’s Viva México cabbage salad (S)

Name inspired by Danny Valdes

This is very easy cabbage salad.

1/2 of 16 oz bag shredded cabbage.
1 diced Roma tomato
1 diced small avocado
1/4 diced small sweet onion
1 diced fresh jalapeno or use sweet pepper.
Chopped cilantro
Juice of 2 limes
Salt and pepper to taste

Toss it in a bowl. It makes 2 servings.

You can use this salad in a light S with Baked fish
